Brands Helping You Love Your Natural Hair
Written By Genavese Harris
For years, African Americans have struggled to find the right hair care products for their thick and kinky hair texture. There were limited products on the shelves, especially when it came to natural hair. Many products were being made for African Americans to straighten their hair instead of embracing their natural hair texture. But very few products were made that helped show black people how to love and treat their kinky-coily hair, especially for women. It is great to see more products that are being made specifically for natural hair.
Natural hair care products have definitely changed over the years. You are now seeing more and more black women and men embracing their kinky-coily hair texture, which is a beautiful thing to see. There are products made for all times of natural hair textures and many of the products are made by African Americans.
People with natural hair are discovering their curl patterns and using products specifically made for their hair type. There are so many products for natural hair, but I will give you some of the trailblazers in the natural hair industry.

The brand has products for different natural hair textures ranging from wavy to coily. It sold in major retail stores such as Target, Ulta, and Walmart.
